What was this episode about? 

This week, I chat with Sally Schimko, The Tahini Goddess. She has brought a product that is popular in Israel to the U.S. market and educates her community on healthy eating.

Sally is on a mission to get people to eat more veggies and through engagement with her online community discovered that the Tahini sold in the U.S. was not as tasty and healthy as the one in Israel.

This inspired her to start her own business where she sells high-quality and delicious Tahini to her community.

As you’ll be hearing Sally explain, it was not easy at first. Her excitement of receiving the first shipment of her product was replaced by horror when she discovered that most of the glass jars were broken.

However, she never gave up, her entrepreneurial resolve and determination saw her go back to the drawing board to figure out the solution to this problem.
