This week, I had the opportunity to chat with Raja Rajamannar, the CMO of Mastercard, on the current state of marketing and what he believes the future will hold for the industry.

I’m am so excited to welcome Raja to the show today. He just published the book: Quantum Marketing – Mastering The New Marketing Mindset For Tomorrow’s Customers and had so many great insights to share during our conversation.

We talked about what he believes makes a good business person and how he got into marketing. Raja and I also discussed the current state of marketing and why it’s facing an existential crisis. 

He shares his beliefs on what marketers can do to continue to grow and why it’s so important for each of us to reimagine loyalty. He offers advice for what brands should be pivoting quickly on and his personal goals on his bucket list over the next year.
